What does my high school student need?
Grade 7
- Tdap and MCV vaccination ( tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis and Meningococcal Vaccination)
- Dental Examination
Grade 11
- Physical Examination
Grade 12
- Second MCV vaccination ( Meningococcal Vaccination)
What screenings will my high school student receive?
All grades receive evaluation of height and weight to assess their Body Mass Index and vision screening.
Grades 7 and 11 will receive hearing evaluations
Grade 7 will receive a scoliosis screening
