About Miss Ahmad
Ever since I was younger, I have always wanted to help others and be a teacher! I was raised in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. I went to the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown to pursue my passion in Early Childhood Education and got two additional certifications: Special Education and English as a Second Language Teaching. Additionally, I have always been an advocate for empathy, inclusion, and kindness! In our classroom, we strive to be our best self, being kind, and respecting one another for who we are. Moreover, as a teacher, I am consistently trying to make my students develop a growth mindset towards learning and feel inspired to be lifelong learners! Outside of the classroom, I cherish spending time with my friends, family, and my two cats! I also enjoy traveling, appreciating nature, painting, and biking.
