Welcome!

Hello and welcome to the 2021-2022 School Year!  I am Cindy McCombie, School Psychologist for Westmont Hilltop School District. I have worked at Westmont Hilltop for several years. I service all students from Kindergarten through graduation.  While my physical office is at the elementary school, I travel to the Jr/Sr High School as well.  I have several roles in the district and I work closely with students who have learning, emotional and/or behavioral difficulties.  I complete evaluations of students to determine eligibility for special education programming as well as gifted services.  I am a member of the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Student Assistance Program (SAP) and Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) teams at the elementary school.  Please contact me if I can be of assistance.  My direct phone number is 814-255-8720 and my email is [email protected].
