Student Registration

Registration or Enrollment
All registrations, kindergarten through grade 12, will take place at the elementary school main office.  Students may be enrolled at the school district at any time, and parents are urged to enroll their children as soon as possible after arrival in the area. Parents who reside in Upper Yoder Township, Westmont Borough or Southmont Borough may register their children at Westmont Hilltop.

Registration hours are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., or by appointment.

Kindergarten Registration
Annual kindergarten registration takes place at the elementary school. Dates and times will be announced on our website. Children registering for kindergarten must be at least five years old by September 1 of that school year. It is not necessary for the child you are registering to be with you during registration. Information regarding DIAL screening will be provided at registration.

To register, families must provide the following.

  • Proof of birth date
  • Record of current immunizations
  • Proof of residency. Acceptable documentation includes a deed, a lease, current utility bill, current credit card bill, property tax bill, vehicle registration, driver’s license, DOT identification card.  Two forms of documentation required.
