Safe Schools Committee Parent Informational Meeting

Parents and Guardians,

Please consider attending the Safe Schools Committee’s Parent Information Night on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 5:30 in the auditorium at Jr.-Sr. High School. The administration will discuss parts of the safety and security plan in regard to preventative strategies and protective measures implemented to keep your children safe while in our care.

Unfortunately, our school district and schools nationwide have faced safety and security issues. These situations disrupt normal operations and cause tremendous anxiety and concern for our children. This informational meeting aims to create awareness of the school district’s plan and learn how parents can help keep our school as safe as possible. School safety is everyone’s responsibility and our schools will be safer when everyone in the school community works together.
