Director of Development

The Director of Development is responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding alumni and friends of the school district to increase philanthropic support. This position will support the work of the Westmont Hilltop School District with a focus in acquisition research development, preparation of grant applications, and proposals for public and private funding sources for the school district. The Director of Development responds to the school community’s changing needs to support the strategic plan and other collaborative priorities, performing these duties as an energetic and entrepreneurial colleague who has an understanding of, and passion for, the school community and its future.
