August 11, 2022 – WESTMONT HILLTOP – The Westmont Hilltop School District cordially invites the community to the dedication of the newly renovated Price Field athletic complex, located at 827 Diamond Boulevard, on Friday, August 19, 2022 at 7:00 P.M.
The ceremony will also include recognition of the Westmont Hilltop fall sport student-athletes and a performance by the Westmont Hilltop Marching Band.
“The facility still has some finishing touches to be added,” said Westmont Hilltop superintendent Thomas Mitchell. “But we wanted to take the opportunity to welcome our community, thank everyone who contributed to this tremendous project, and acknowledge our student-athletes prior to their season opener.”
The first game at the new Price Field will take place Friday, August 26, 2022 when the Hilltoppers host the Central Cambria Red Devils for a 7:00 p.m. kickoff.
Record attendance is expected for this contest, so please plan accordingly. Price Field is part of the historic residential area of Westmont Borough, so fans are asked to please be considerate of the neighborhood when traveling to and from the venue. Walking, carpooling, and parking in areas of the nearby churches is recommended.
For those interested in becoming a permanent part of the lasting legacy of this landmark facility, a limited number of personalized commemorative bricks surrounding the flagpole area are being offered for sale. The bricks can be purchased at www.bricksrus.com/donorsite/hilltoppers with the proceeds supporting current and future Hilltopper student-athletes and musicians.
