Westmont Hilltop Elementary PTO Mission Statement
The purpose of the PTO is to bring the home and the school in a closer relationship so that parents, teachers, and elementary school staff may cooperate intelligently in the education and development of the children. The PTO strives to promote the welfare of children in the home, school, and community through social events, academic enrichment opportunities, and fundraising activities.

At Westmont Elementary, every parent/guardian is automatically a member of the PTO! Please complete the PTO Volunteer Form below. We look forward to seeing you and working together with you!
✅ Volunteer Clearances – Required to Help at School
Thinking about helping out this year? We need volunteers to make these wonderful events happen for our students and would love to have you!
What You Need:
- PDE 6004: Arrest & Conviction Report
- Act 34: PA Criminal History Check (Free for volunteers)
- Act 151: Child Abuse Clearance (Free for volunteers)
- Act 114: FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Only if you've lived in PA less than 10 years)
