About Miss Muir:
As an interventionist, I'll be providing reading support for our Hilltoppers
in grades K-2. As a member of the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) team, one of our main goals is to intervene early and focus on prevention.
As I begin my tenth year at WHES, I'm looking forward to learning about enhancing core reading instruction and providing interventions that are backed by the science of reading.
The best way to reach me is via email: [email protected]
I obtained my Masters in Education in Literacy and Reading Specialist Certification at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2013. I completed my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education (K-6) at Pitt-Johnstown.
